How we give back to the countries we work in
Tractus is a member of all the communities in which it operates. Just as we seek to benefit our clients, so we seek to benefit these communities as well. Giving back to these communities by focusing on those who may not have had a fair share of the economic growth, we have helped foster one of the core values that all members of the Tractus team share.
We see education as the most effective long-term means of creating opportunities for individual advancement and sustainable long-term economic development. One way we promote this development is by advising and assisting companies making investments in Asia through our professional consulting services.
The other way is by personally delivering "in-kind" donations to underfunded schools and their students to ensure they benefit directly, thus, giving them the opportunity to become self-sustaining, productive members of society. Our employees determine where and how to make the donations, then, organize the delivery to ensure that our aid goes to precisely where it is needed in the most efficient way possible. |
