Position: Research Analyst Position: Consultant Position: Manager Tractus is looking for research analysts to help conduct consulting projects in our China, Thailand, and Vietnam offices. The individual must be diligent and be able to take initiative. Responsibilities include research and analysis, consulting support and day-to-day administration tasks. Requirements: College degree – Bachelor’s or above Strong written and oral communication skills in English and the local language Excellent computer skills, specifically with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) Ability to work in a team setting Proactive, responsible, able to work under pressure Creative problem solving and critical thinking ability Strong analytical skills Able to travel domestically and Internationally At least 3 references required to be submitted with an English language resume. Consultants are based in our China, Thailand, and Vietnam offices. The individual must have relevant experience and the ability to manage others. Responsibilities include project execution, sales and marketing, and client management. Requirements: College degree – Bachelor’s or above Graduate degree is a plus Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Strong written and oral communication skills in English and the local language Excellent computer skills, specifically with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) Ability to work in a team setting Proactive, responsible, able to work under pressure Creative problem solving and critical thinking ability Demonstrated leadership capabilities Strong quantitative and analytical skills Able to travel domestically and internationally Current and desired compensation and at least 3 references required to be submitted with an English language resume. Tractus Managers direct consulting projects in our China, Thailand, and Vietnam offices. The individual must have significant management experience and the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks. Responsibilities include project management, sales and marketing, and client management. Requirements: College degree – Bachelor’s or above Graduate degree is a plus Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Significant management experience in consulting or operational management Demonstrated leadership capabilities Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks Excellent computer skills, specifically with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) Ability to work in a team setting Proactive, responsible, able to work under pressure Creative problem solving and critical thinking ability Able to travel domestically and Internationally Current and desired compensation and at least 3 references required to be submitted with an English language resume.
