In addition to pre-project analysis and advice, we can assist clients with the management of a start-up or an on-going operation. We call this our Business Incubator service and each of our offices provides such support.
Using Tractus' incubator capabilities, clients can minimize initial investment costs and risks. Tractus can establish basic manufacturing and/or warehousing operations through our Manufacturing Incubator or develop a sales organization through our Business Development Incubator. Our incubator services feature a dedicated team directed by senior management who oversee not only our clients' business development needs, but also the execution of day-to-day business operations.
Business Incubator fees are calculated on a cost-plus model that minimizes client's expenses and creates an incentive with Tractus sharing in the client's commercial success. On a case-by-case basis, we will also consider the addition of a success-fee that will create an incentive with Tractus sharing in the client's commercial success. We will also consider limited equity participation and can also assist in identifying alternative sources of financing for client projects from both local and international sources.
